SecureKloud Technologies allots 45 lakh convertible warrants to Promoter

SecureKloud Technologies has allotted 45 lakh convertible warrants at issue price of Rs 100 per warrant to Suresh Venkatachari, Promoter & CEO entitling him for the subscription of equivalent number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each fully paid-up at an issue price of Rs. 100 each (out of which Rs. 95 share towards premium).
