Sequent Scientific allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Sequent Scientific announced that the Company has allotted 750,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each against conversion of 750,000 warrants at a price of Rs. 135.25 to M/s. Pronomz Ventures LLP, a Promoter Group Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 273,351,910/- consisting of 27,335,191 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 280,851,910/- consisting of 28,085,191 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
