Setco Automotive announced that Mr. Bhautesh Shah, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company has resigned with effect from close of working hours on August 14, 2017.Mr. Vinay Shahane, Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
