Shree Cement has been imposed with a penalty of Rs 18.44 crore by the Competition Commission of India vide its order dated 19 January 2017 for alleged contravention of provisions of the Competition Act 2002 in respect of bids submitted by them in tender floated by Director Supplies and Disposals, Haryana for supply of cement at different locations within the state.
