Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries announced that presently companies Registered office was at 16, India Exchange Place, Kolkata-700 001 and Corporate Office was 4830/24, Prahlad Street, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002.Due to operational difficulties, the Company had applied for shifting of Registered Office from West Bengal to Delhi.
Accordingly the Regional Director has approved the petition for shifting of Registered Office from the State of West Bengal to NCT of Delhi. Due to this change, the Corporate Identity Number (CIN) of the Company has also been changed.
The new Corporate Identity Number (CIN) & Registered Office Address is as under:-
