Shree Metalloys will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2016, to re-appoint Pratik R Kabra as the Managing Director of the Company, & to appoint Khandelwal Devesh & Associates, Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2016-17.
