Siti Cable Network announced that the QIP Committee of the Board at its meeting held on 04 March 2015 has:-1. approved the closing of issue w.e.f. 04 March 2015 i.e. with immediate effect;
2. determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 35/- per Equity Share (which is at a discount of Rs. 1.41/- per Equity Share on the Floor Price of Rs. 36.41 per Equity Share) including premium of Rs. 34/- per Equity Share;
3. approved the placement document;
4. approved the Confirmation of Allocation Note.
