Siti Networks to incorporate wholly owned LLP

Siti Networks announced that the Board constituted Investment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 23 March 2018, has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned Limited Liability Partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
