SKS Microfinance allots equity shares

Under ESOP

SKS Microfinance announced that on 17 November 2014, the Company has allotted 40,876 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
