Sobha Developers net profit declines 34.53% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Sobha Developers declined 34.53% to Rs 58.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 88.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 16.50% to Rs 552.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 474.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 2.04% to Rs 196.70 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 200.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 28.76% to Rs 1785.60 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1386.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
