Solara Active Pharma Sciences allots 8 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

Solara Active Pharma Sciences has allotted 8 lakh equity shares with face value of Rs.10 at a price of Rs 400 premium of Rs.390 to Karuna Business Solutions LLP, a promoter group entity on conversion of warrants .

Pursuant to the above such allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the company has been increased from Rs.26,05,52,680/- (2,60,55,268 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 26,85,52,670/- (2,68,55,267 equity shares of Rs.10/- each).
