Sonata Software announces change in directorate

Sonata Software announced that M D Dalal, Director and Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company was liable to retire by rotation and was eligible for re-appointment. However he expressed his unwillingness to be re-appointed at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 08 August 2016.

Further at the AGM, it was also resolved not to fill vacancy for the time being in the Board, caused by retirement of M D Dalal.
