Span Diagnostics to disinvest its stake in Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics

To disinvest 45% to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan

Span Diagnostics announced that the Company has in principle agreed to disinvest its 45% stake held in Joint Venture Company namely Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan or to any of its subsidiary, subject to obtaining necessary approval from FIPB and completion of required regulatory formalities.
