Spenta International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 November 2014, to approve the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2014, to consider proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company and related issues, and to consider and approve the proposal for alteration of object clause of the Company.
