Spentex Industries announces resignation of director

With effect from 31 March 2016

Spentex Industries announced that Ram Kumar Thapliyal has, vide his letter dated 31 March 2016, resigned from the Chairmanship/membership of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. However, He will continue to hold the position of Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
