Sphere Global Services will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 August 2016, to approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2016, & Approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sphere Global Services with its wholly owned subsidiary Adroit Infotech Private Limited.
