Spice Mobility's subsidiary acquires 26% stake in Bangalore based IT company

Spice Mobility announced that Spice Digital, a subsidiary of the Company has on 05 September 2014 acquired 3,514 equity shares in the share capital of Bangalore based Vavia Technologies, constituting 26% equity shares in the said Company.
