Sportking India allots 15 lakh preference shares

Sportking India has allotted 15,00,000, 5% % Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (unlisted) of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at a premium of Rs. 90/- (Rupees Ninety only) each at cash to the belonging to the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company.
