Standard Chartered PLC announces change in directorate

Standard Chartered PLC announced that Phil Rivett will join as independent non-executive director to Standard Chartered PLC's Board of Directors. Phil will take up his appointment on 6 May 2020. Louis Cheung has decided to step down from the Board and will retire as a director on 25 March 2020.
