Strides Arcolab updates on scheme of amalgamation

To file High Court order with RoC; Awaits approval of FIPB

Strides Arcolab announced that it has received the order approving the Scheme of Amalgamation from Hon'ble High Court of Bombay. The Scheme of Amalgamation shall be effective post receipt of approval of Foreign Investment Promotion Board and on filing of a copy of the Order with Registrar of Companies, Bombay.
