Strides Pharma Science allots 12,638 equity shares under ESOP

Strides Pharma Science has allotted 12,638 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under ESOP.

Consequent to above, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,55,28,260 divided into 8,95,52,826 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 89,56,54,640/- divided into 8,95,65,464 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
