Action Construction Equipment gained 4.1% to Rs 170.20 at 12:41 IST on BSE, after net profit jumped 921.9% to Rs 21.46 crore on 59.24% rise in total income to Rs 369.91 crore in Q4 March 2018 over Q4 March 2017.
The result was announced after market hours yesterday, 21 May 2018.Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 87.45 points, or 0.25%, to 34,703.58
On BSE, 75,000 shares were traded in the counter compared with the average daily volume of 86,000 shares in the past two weeks. The stock hit a high of Rs 170.90 and a low of Rs 164.15 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 204.20 on 14 February 2018 and a 52-week low of Rs 57.35 on 11 August 2017.
The small-cap company has an equity capital of Rs 23.46 crore. Face value per share is Rs 2.
Action Construction Equipment is leading material handling and construction equipment manufacturing company with a majority market share in Mobile Cranes and Tower Cranes segment.
