Record date is 10 June 2015; Dividend payment date is 19 June 2015

Sundram Fasteners has fixed 10 June 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Second Interim Dividend.

The second interim dividend warrants would be mailed to the shareholders from 19 June 2015.
