Sunil Hitech Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has, by way of passing a resolution by Circulation on 23 November 2016, fixed 03 December 2016 (End of Day) as the record date for determining members eligible to receive:a. Equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each upon sub-division of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs.10/- each, and
b. Fully paid up bonus equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each in the proportion of one bonus equity share for every one equity share of face value of Re. 1/- (i.e. as adjusted for sub division of equity shares).
