Sunteck Realty Ltd Falls 16.09%, S&P BSE Realty Index index Drops 10%

Sunteck Realty Ltd has lost 50.99% over last one month compared to 41.5% fall in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 33.7% drop in the SENSEX

Sunteck Realty Ltd lost 16.09% today to trade at Rs 191.15. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is down 10% to quote at 1357.34. The index is down 41.5 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Sobha Ltd decreased 14.08% and Godrej Properties Ltd lost 12.2% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 34.23 % over last one year compared to the 28.47% fall in benchmark SENSEX.

Sunteck Realty Ltd has lost 50.99% over last one month compared to 41.5% fall in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 33.7% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 1248 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 49444 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 532 on 23 May 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 189 on 23 Mar 2020.
