Surana Industries announces resignation of Group CFO

Surana Industries announced that Anil Gupta, Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Key Managerial Personnel had tendered his resignation from position of GCFO of the Company due to personal reasons. He shall be relieved as per company's policy.
