Take Solutions to pay final dividend

On or before 25 September 2015

Take Solutions announced that the final dividend of 40% on Equity Share Capital shall be paid / dispatched on or before 25 September 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
