Tamil Nadu Telecommunications announced about the change in Company Directors of the Company as below:1. M. S. Shanmugam, (IAS ) Joint Secretary to Govt. of Tamilnadu, Industries Department as Director representing TIDCO on the Board of Tamilnadu Telecommunications (TTL) in place of G. Latha, IAS. The Board has been noted and approved his appointment in the meeting held on 22 December 2015.
2. G. Latha, IAS, Deputy Secretary to Govt. of Tamilnadu, Industries Department was in the Board of Tamilnadu Telecommunication of the who has ceased to be the Director with effect from 22 December 2015.
3. Dr. Christy Fernandez IAS (Retd.) nominated by BIFR as Special Director in the Board of Tamilnadu Telecommunication in place of N. P. Gupta, IAS (Retd). The Board has been noted and approved his appointment in the meeting held on 22 December 2015.
4. N. P. Gupta, IAS (Retd) as Special Director from BIFR in the Board of Tamilnadu Telecommunications, who has ceased to be the Director with effect from 22 December 2015.
