Tata Sponge Iron allots 2.97 crore rights shares

Tata Sponge Iron announced that the Committee of Board at its meeting held on 24 July 2019 has approved the allotment of 2,97,00,000 Rights Equity Shares at a price of Rs 500 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 490 per Rights Equity Share).

Accordingly, pursuant to the aforesaid Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 45,10,00,000/- consisting of 4,51,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
