Tata Steel announces production and sales figures

For Q3 FY 2015

Tata Steel recorded hot metal and crude steel production of 2.38 million tonnes (up by 2.8% y-o-y) and 2.9 million tonnes (up by 5.6% y-o-y) respectively for Q3 FY 2015. Saleable Steel production was higher by 3.3% y-o-y (to 2.22 million tonnes) and sales increased by 3.05% y-o-y to 2.13 million tonnes.
