With effect from 10 September 2014
TD Power Systems announced that Ravi Kanth Mantha and Nitin Bagamane, Directors of the Company have been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary - DF Power Systems on 10 September 2014.
In view of the above appointment, the Subsidiary Company's Board stands constituted as follows:
Mohib N. Khericha: Chairman (Non-Executive / Non Independent)
Nikhil Kumar: Managing Director (Executive/ Non Independent)
Hitoshi Matsuo: Director (Non - Executive/ Non Independent)
Nitin Bagamane: Director (Non - Executive / Independent)
Ravi Kanth Mantha: Director (Non - Executive / Independent)
