Tech Mahindra announces acquisition of Lightbridge Communications Corporation

Tech Mahindra announced that the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 20 November 2014 approved a proposal to acquire 100% capital of Lightbridge Communications Corporation (LCC), USA by the Company or through its wholly owned subsidiary.
