TECIL Chemical & Hydro Power will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 September 2014, to consider and approve the resignation of Ashok Joshi from the position of Compliance Officer of the Company, to appoint Harshali Shirodkar as Compliance Officer, and to record the consent letter of Shanta Somani for appointment of Additional Director in the Company.
