Tejas Networks has allotted 1,94,621 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the allotment made on September 24, 2020, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 92,55,13,670/- divided into 9,25,51,367 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 92,35,67,460/- divided into 9,23,56,746 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
