Texmaco Rail & Engineering announces resignation of director

With effect from 31 May 2015

Texmaco Rail & Engineering announced that the Company has received a letter from Sampath Dhasarathy, Independent Director of the Company intimating his resignation, due to certain unavoidable personal reasons, from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 31 May 2015.
