Texmaco Rail & Engineering standalone net profit rises 287.02% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 1.82% to Rs 284.56 crore

Net profit of Texmaco Rail & Engineering rose 287.02% to Rs 22.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 5.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 1.82% to Rs 284.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 279.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 69.97% to Rs 10.08 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 33.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 19.69% to Rs 926.89 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1154.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
