With effect from 01 February 2015
Thirani Projects announced that the composition of the Board of Directors has been changed on resignation of Jyoti Daga from the Directorship of the Company. The Board of Directors (The Board), at their meeting held on 19 January 2015 accepted her resignation to be effective from 10 February 2015.Hence with effect from 01 February 2015 the composition of Board of Directors be as under:
1. Prabir Das, Managing Director
2. Uttam Bose, Non Executive Director
3. Nikita Sharma, as Non-Executive Independent Director
4. Kavindar Ranka, as Non-Executive Independent Director
