Transpek Industry appoints company secretary

With effect from 01 June 2015

Transpek Industry announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2015, has appointed Alak D Vyas as 'Company Secretary' (designated as 'Deputy Company Secretary') and 'Compliance Officer' w.e.f., 01 June 2015 as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
