TTK Healthcare announces change in directorate

On 01 April 2015

TTK Healthcare announced that R. Srinivasan has retired from the office of Independent Director of the Company, at the closing hours of 31 March 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, the following Directors have been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company, for a term of five consecutive years, not liable to retire by rotation, effective 27 March 2015:

1. Dr. K. R. Srimurthy and

2. S. Balasubramanian
