Nifty December 2018 Futures at premium
The Nifty December 2018 futures traded at 10694, a premium of 30.50 points from the Nifty's closing of 10663.50 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment was Rs 9.38 lakh crore compared with Rs 9.58 lakh crore reported in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index lost 90.50 points or 0.84% to settle at 10,663.50.
Reliance Industries, Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) and ICICI Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
Reliance Industries December 2018 futures traded at 1091.70, compared with spot closing price of 1089.30. HDFC December 2018 futures traded at 1912.60, compared with spot closing price of 1906.75. ICICI Bank December 2018 futures traded at 353.20, compared with spot closing price of 352.45.
The December 2018 F&O contracts expire on 27 December 2018.
