UCO Bank nominates Arvind Sharma as director

With immediate effect

UCO Bank announced that in exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of the sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provision) scheme, 1970/80, the Central Government nominated Dr Arvind Sharma, CGM, Reserve Bank of India, as director on the Board of Directors of the Bank in place of B P Vijayendra, PCGM,, Reserve bank of India, with immediate effect.
