Shares of UFO Moviez India settled at Rs 598.80 on BSE, a discount of 4.19% compared with the initial public offer price of Rs 625.
Meanwhile, the S&SP BSE Sensex declined 45.04 points or 0.17% to settle at 27,206.06.
The stock debuted at Rs 600 on BSE, at a discount of 4% compared with its initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock hit a high of Rs 623 and a low of Rs 586. On BSE, 13.39 lakh shares were traded in the counter.
The IPO of UFO Moviez India was subscribed a little over 2 times. The IPO received bids for a total of 1.39 crore shares.
UFO Moviez India reported consolidated net profit of Rs 36.86 crore on net sales of Rs 354.74 crore for nine months ended 31 December 2014. Net profit jumped 39% to Rs 46.54 crore on 25% growth in net sales to Rs 420.34 crore in the year ended 31 March 2014 (FY 2014) over the year ended 31 March 2013 (FY 2013).
