Vaibhav Global appoints director

Vaibhav Global announced that the Board of Directors, by a resolution passed by circulation, has appointed Harsh Bahadur as an Additional Director who will also be an Independent Director in terms of Section 149(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II)(A) of the Listing Agreement.
