Varun Beverages allots 1.47 crore equity shares under QIP issue

The QIP Committee of Varun Beverages at its meeting held on 07 September 2019 has approved the allotment of 1,47,05,882 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10/- each to the eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers at issue price of Rs 612/- per equity share i.e. at premium of INR 602/- per equity share aggregating to Rs 899.99 crore pursuant to the Issue.

The Issue opened on 03 September 2019 and closed on September 6, 2019 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated 03 September 2019 and 06 September 2019 respectively.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 273,98,28,380/- consisting of 27,39,82,838 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 288,68,87,200/- consisting of 28,86,88,720 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10/- each
