Vascon Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 17 May 2016 has appointed Mukesh Malhotra as an additional director (Non-executive, Independent) with effect from 17 May 2016, to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
