Viaan Industries announced that the Business Development Committee Meeting of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 March 2019 has approved the acquisition of 50% stake in the capital of Mumbai based Avalance Technology. The target entity is engaged in the business of Information Technology, Consulting, Cyber Security Service, lnfoSec, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing, data science, Hosting, Agile SDLC, IOT, Software design & Development Mobile App Development, web application development, Cyber Forensics etc.
