Vikalp Securities will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2015, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2015, and to accept the resignation of Shraiya Paliwal, only from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and to consider and approve the appointment of new chief financial officer.
