Vintron Informatics announced that the Company has been appointed Tripti Pande Desai as a Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 31 March 2015.Further, Arvind Sharma has been appointed as an additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 30 May 2015 and designated as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015, and Varun Gupta has been appointed as an additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 30 May 2015 and designated as Whole Time Director & CEO of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015.
Further that Raj Kumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company has been re-designated as Chairman & Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015.
Further, that Dinesh Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015.
