Receives certified copy of High Court orders sanctioning scheme
Vivimed Labs has received the certified true copy of the Order of the Hon'ble Karnataka High Court and Hon'ble Bombay High Court sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation which provides for the amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, viz., Creative Health Care, Octtantis Nobel Labs, Klar Sehen and Vivimed Labs (Alathur), with the Company pursuant to provisions of Sections 391-394 of Companies Act, 1956.The said Order shall be filed with the Registrar of Companies within the prescribed timelines. The Company will also submit the requisite documents to the Stock Exchanges as per their respective Observation Letters pursuant in due course.
