Cyient clocked volume of 5.58 lakh shares by 13:44 IST on BSE, a 81.42-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock rose 0.53% at Rs 480.
Ramco Cements notched up volume of 3.04 lakh shares, a 41.21-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock rose 3.59% at Rs 350.80.
Ipca Laboratories saw volume of 4.49 lakh shares, a 20.66-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 22,000 shares. The stock tumbled 10.33% at Rs 669.20 after a foreign brokerage downgraded the stock to "underperform" from "neutral", citing negative US Food and Drug Administration observations.
Mindtree clocked volume of 2.55 lakh shares, a 13.07-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 20,000 shares. The stock fell 1.4% at Rs 1,054.35.
Avanti Feeds saw volume of 30,000 shares, a 11.44-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock surged 18.93% at Rs 1,855.
